Am I really depressed or is it my illusion?

Depressed, this word strikes my mind time to time. 1 year ago I was thinking that i was depressed, I used to feel lonely and think that i was alone and no one is there by my side. But actually no one suffers from depressions, do you know? This depression really doesn't exist. This is only our thought because everything depends upon our mind, if we want to be happy we can be happy any time and if we don't want to then surely there is only one thing that will happen, we will be sad/unhappy. May be people feel lonely and think no one cares for them because actually they don't care themselves. Actually you think love brings life to depression, life is not all about loving one another and being only with one another, we should wake up and see. And we will then find our self free and not in "love" that you give meaning to. Actually love doesn't  bring loneliness it is us that we choose along with love, loneliness and depression. Do you know that what you call love is not love, because you think love is between you and your partner. It is infinite an has no boundary actually love brings life in one person and make ones life very full and beautiful.

Have you felt depressed or unhappy or loneliness ever ? If yes then I suggest you to join YES+ program of ART OF LIVING then you all will be free of every negative emotions and will be again able to start a new life with new knowledge.

lf you feel depressed then first find out the reason for it, and slowly be a bit away from it until you are out of depression. You may think that it is impossible which I also used to think but I was amazed it was possible. And today at this moment I am totally happy and if a person like me can be happy the why can't you be? But never think of suicide because only losers do it and I know you are winner. If you are feeling like you are in depression then question yourself Am I really in depression or is it only my illusion ? And answer will come to you, surely you are in illusion.
